really good stay
helpful staff quality breakfast tourist location
the staff was very nice. breakfast included many options. it felt easy to reach tourist locations from the hotel. also, there are local bars near the hotel.

inconsistent cleaning minibar issue
the breakfast was acceptable, nothing groundbreaking though.
The room cleaning was inconsistent. one day they didn't remove used minibar items, another day the room wasn't cleaned by 4 pm. I just went and bought my own drinks outside. It was a hassle.

bad pillows impolite staff
the breakfast had organic options.
the pillows were not good , with too many bumps. i had to sleep without them. the staff was impolite.
